At SM Korea Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your K-beauty journey. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at support@smkoreabeauty.com with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and including a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
