What is your return policy for skincare products?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team immediately.
How can I check the expiration date of my products?
Korean products usually display either the manufacture date (์ ์กฐ) or the expiration date (๊น์ง). Most unopened skincare products have a shelf life of 30 months from the manufacture date.
